Rachel Santos represents clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies in complex product liability actions.
Prior to joining McCarter, Rachel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler, U.S.D.J., of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Esther Salas, U.S.D.J., also of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
During law school, Rachel worked with the firm both as a summer associate for two summers and as a law clerk throughout her second and third years.
