Richard Dunne advises on and litigates insurance coverage disputes for commercial and individual policyholders. He handles disputes involving first-party product contamination losses, product liability events, environmental (pollution) coverage, intellectual property infringement, third-party claims for property damage, D&O liability, construction claims, commercial crime losses and claims for recovery from protected cell captives.
Richard earned a full merit-based scholarship to Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as a Lead Editor of the Drexel Law Review. During law school, Richard worked as a judicial intern in the chambers of Judge J. Curtis Joyner in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked as a certified legal intern with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to law school, Richard worked as a financial analyst with an industry-leading market analytics company before volunteering on numerous agricultural projects abroad. He also worked as an insurance claims analyst with a third-party administrator, where he trained employees on claims processing.
