Taylor represents individuals and entities across a wide range of industries in state and federal courts in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and negligence claims. Separately, Taylor assists in court-appointed special master, arbitration, and expert witness matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Taylor routinely counsels clients on sports & entertainment related matters concerning intellectual property enforcement, licensing and sponsorship issues, and facility use and event operations. Before becoming a lawyer, Taylor worked at ID&T and LiveStyle f/k/a SFX Entertainment on music festivals and other live events in marketing and promotions, brand and creative, and operations roles. She applies this professional experience in her practice when advising clients in business related legal matters.
Prior to joining McCarter, Taylor served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sheila Venable, A.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage.
