Taylorann Vibert is a highly skilled litigator representing public entities, nonprofits, and corporations in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, commercial foreclosure, products liability, real estate, and regulatory compliance matters.
Taylorann’s litigation practice further extends through her appellate work where she has handled appeals involving land use and domestic relations. Her experience includes serving as pro bono counsel for an academic organization as amici curiae to the Connecticut Supreme Court in a habeas appeal challenging a criminal conviction.
Having an exceptional commitment to pro bono service, Taylorann regularly partners with Greater Hartford Legal Aid and Lawyers for Children America, handling matters ranging from housing code enforcement to representing minor children in neglect proceedings.
Prior to joining McCarter, Taylorann served as a law clerk for Chief Judge William H. Bright, Jr. of the Connecticut Appellate Court. During law school, she served as a research fellow for the Connecticut General Assembly and interned for the National Labor Relations Board, the Hon. Sarala V. Nagala, of the US District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. She also previously interned for the US Capitol Historical Society and the Office of Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro.
Taylorann is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law where she received the UConn Law Award for Exceptional Achievement in Scholarship.
