Timothy Knapp concentrates his practice on defending clients, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, in product liability matters.
Prior to joining McCarter, Timothy served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. While in law school, Timothy gained experience with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where he researched laws governing medical licensees and drafted complaints and legal memoranda in disciplinary proceedings. He also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. José R. Almonte of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and participated in the FINRA Investor Advocacy and D.N.J. Settlement Conference clinical programs at Seton Hall University School of Law.
