Todd DeJong defends pharmaceutical and other clients in state actions, multidistrict litigation, and government investigations. Todd’s experience includes managing large scale electronic discovery reviews and implementing defensible and cost effective discovery strategies.
Todd partners with trial teams, in-house counsel, and vendors to develop review protocols and coding guides, train review teams, and implement quality control measures to ensure consistent privilege and production outcomes.
Todd focuses on implementing artificial intelligence in e-discovery workflows to improve review efficiency, quality, and defensibility, including the use of advanced analytics and generative AI tools. He holds Relativity certifications for RelativityOne Review Pro, Generative AI Pro, and aiR for Privilege Pro.
Prior to joining McCarter, Todd worked as an e-Discovery project manager for an international law firm and also as a managing consultant for a technology and legal services company.
