Victoria Calcagno focuses her practice on advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in sophisticated trust and estate administration matters, including complex probate proceedings, post-mortem tax planning, asset marshaling and distribution, and resolution of multi-jurisdictional estate issues. She helps ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maximizing tax efficiency, approaching estate planning with empathy, precision, and a deeply personal sense of purpose. Victoria advises clients on revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, advance directives, and healthcare proxies, and represents them in estate and trust administration and complex probate matters.
Victoria received a BA from The University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and a JD from New England Law Boston, and was a comment and note editor for the New England Law Review Vol. 55. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Chief Justice Budd.
