2024 Appellate Advocacy Institute

McCarter & English Partner Charlie Ray will be speaking at the 2024 Appellate Advocacy Institute presented by the Connecticut Bar Association. This one-and-a-half day legal analysis and oral argument program is designed to develop and sharpen appellate advocacy skills in a supportive learning environment. During the program, attendees will be asked to perform as appellate counsel, in a mooting session, and in an oral argument to judges and justices of the Supreme and Appellate Courts.
