Diana Manning and fellow panelists present “A Day on Evidence,” a CLE program hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association.
The full-day program provides litigator at all levels an opportunity to improve their evidence skills. Program topics include: a report from the Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence, recent amendments to F.R.Ev. Rule 702, the use of animations to illustrate and simplify complex expert opinions, the importance of witness testimony, a review of common rules of evidence, recent case law developments and a presentation on judicial notice of the Internet of “Facts.”
