McCarter & English partner Brian Carroll has been appointed Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section. The Section promotes entertainment, arts and sports law in New Jersey through substantive programming, information sharing, and engagement with relevant legislative developments.
Brian regularly counsels clients in the professional sports and sports betting industries on regulatory and compliance matters and helps implement corporate compliance, data privacy and security, and ethics programs designed to follow best practices and minimize exposure to civil and criminal liability.
