Brian is an experienced commercial litigator whose practice is focused on complex contractual disputes and actions involving antitrust, civil RICO, and trade secret misappropriation claims in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. Brian also regularly counsels clients in the professional sports and sports betting industries on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters, and assists with the implementation of effective corporate compliance, data privacy and security, and ethics programs that adhere to best practices and prevent and/or minimize exposure to civil and criminal liability.
Brian’s antitrust law experience extends to matters involving price-fixing, tying, exclusive dealing, product distribution (e.g., drafting, implementation and enforcement of distribution agreements, minimum advertised pricing policies, and other vertical restraints), monopolization, competitor collaborations/joint ventures, and trade association conduct. He has represented a variety of leaders in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries, litigating antitrust matters, including complex class actions, in courts throughout the country.
Prior to joining McCarter, Brian served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Brian graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2014. He earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and English, summa cum laude, from Lehigh University.
