Organizations, including partnerships, corporations, committees, associations, trade associations, and labor unions that spent more than $2,500 on lobbying activities in New Jersey in 2025 are required to file a report with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) no later than February 17, 2026. Filers must disclose all lobbying-related financial activity that occurred during the 2025 calendar year.
For questions related to your organization’s obligation to file and for information on the financial activity that must be disclosed, contact Stephanie Olivo. Stephanie is the former Compliance Director for ELEC and helps clients understand and remain in compliance with a range of issues regulating their interactions with government at the federal, state, and local levels, including reporting and registration requirements.
