Your biggest break: Meeting and marrying my wife. Not only is her support and encouragement essential for me to do what I do, but she also challenges me to be better every day.
Best career advice you ever got: Stay true to yourself, because when challenges arise, you’ll have your values and beliefs to fall back on. Being authentic is crucial to maintaining balance in a world where it’s easy to get lost.
Two words that best describe you: Diligent and down-to-earth.
Work/life balance technique you recommend: Work hard when the work is there, but when there it slows down, take that opportunity, regardless of when it occurs, because you will get busy again. Also, I find that exercising regularly helps me clear my head and stay focused.
In one sentence, define “success.” Achieving what you set out to do — whatever that may be.
