The New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) has awarded McCarter partner David Kott its newly established Amicus Societas Award in recognition of David’s outstanding contributions to the state’s business community. As chair of NJBIA’s Legal Affairs Committee for the past 15 years, David has authored and argued numerous amicus briefs, helping to defend and advance the interests of New Jersey’s business community in landmark appeals involving key legal issues affecting the state. The award will be presented at NJBIA’s Annual Public Policy Forum on December 6th.
