David R. Kott to be awarded the 2014 Trial Board Award by the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey

On October 9, 2014, David R. Kott will receive the 2014 Trial Board Award from the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. The Trial Board Award is a recognition of excellence, given by peers to trial attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the cause of justice. Mr. Kott was named Best Lawyers 2014 Newark Product Liability Litigation – Defendants “Lawyer of the Year” and has been ranked in Band 1 of Chambers USA “Leaders in their Field” each year since 2008. A prominent figure in New Jersey state and federal courts for more than 30 years, according to sources quoted in Chambers, Mr. Kott is “a leading light of the New Jersey Bar.” He has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict.
