From contentious U.S. Department of Labor rules to a big change to the federal multiple award schedules, as well as the usual swath of acquisition tweaks in the annual defense policy bill, there have been a range of significant legislative and regulatory changes for federal contractors in 2016.
Stretching across multiple federal agencies and changes made by Congress, a number of federal policy changes were made in 2016 that government contractors should be aware of.
