Joe Norcia was recently installed as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Taxation Law Section. The Taxation Law Section studies and disseminates information on developments in tax law and provides a forum for discussion of tax policy issues among attorneys, tax professionals, and government officials. As Chair, Joe will help lead the Section’s educational programming, legislative initiatives, and professional development efforts over the coming year.
Joe’s appointment continues McCarter’s longstanding involvement in the Taxation Law Section, following fellow McCarter attorneys Alan Kornstein, Jason Navarino, Mike Benak, and Michael Guariglia, who previously served as Chairs of the Section.
The New Jersey State Bar Association is New Jersey’s largest organization of legal professionals, representing thousands of attorneys, judges, and legal professionals throughout the state.
