Legal Ethics of B2B Law

Sheri Pastor, current Co-chair of the ABA’s Corporate Counsel Committee and former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Professional Responsibility Rules Committee, and Kate Buck, addressed the ethical implications of having a business organization as a client, as well as navigating conflicts of interest in complex business relationships. They also discussed the rules of professional conduct as relevant to negotiations and confidentiality.
