McCarter welcomes Kenneth D. McPherson III to its Newark office joining the firm’s Real Estate and Government Affairs Practice Groups. Ken will focus on land use, zoning, redevelopment, and state and municipal licensing approvals and regulatory compliance matters. In his real estate practice, he advises developers, businesses and property owners on the local and state approvals needed to move commercial and mixed-use projects from planning through development. In government affairs matters, he often represents clients in obtaining state and municipal licensing approvals for cannabis and alcoholic beverage operations.
