Mark Salah Morgan, veteran trial lawyer and strategic advisor, has joined the McCarter & English’s Business Litigation group as a partner in its Newark office.
Mark brings more than two decades of experience representing businesses, executives, family offices, trustees, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial litigation and other high-stakes disputes. In an interview with Law360 Pulse, he said he was drawn to McCarter by the strength of its platform and bench.
