Mark Salah Morgan is an experienced trial lawyer and trusted advisor to private companies, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. Regularly serving as outside general counsel to businesses in New Jersey and New York, he combines a diverse trial practice with a deep understanding of clients’ businesses to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions.
Mark’s clients span a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, media, natural gas, and technology. He also represents owners and prospective owners of professional sports teams. In addition, he maintains a portfolio of international clients based in the Middle East North African (MENA) region that have business interests in the United States.
Mark regularly assists clients in containing, managing, and resolving civil and criminal crises. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Mark is actively involved in various civic and charitable organizations and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of The Peck School and the Advisory Board of Agora University. He is also a visiting professor at the American University in Cairo and previously served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School. Mark is the former chairman of the board of directors of a non-profit, nongovernmental organization of the United Nations dedicated to global issues education.
