The New Jersey Supreme Court has granted leave for McCarter to argue on behalf of amici curiae New Jersey Business & Industry Association, Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
At issue in the case is whether the arbitration clause in Plaintiff’s home repair contract was preempted by the United Supreme Court’s 2017 decision in Kindred Nursing v Clark.
