NJ Appellate Division Adopts McCarter Position in Products Liability Case

Natalie Mantell argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division on behalf of amici curiae Healthcare Institute of New Jersey and New Jersey Business and Industry Association in Beavan v. Allergan, in which the plaintiff alleged violations of the New Jersey Products Liability Act. The Court adopted our position that the trial court should have granted summary judgment for the defendant because plaintiffs’ experts did not sufficiently establish general or specific causation.
