McCarter partner Omar Bareentto has been recognized on BINJE’s Best Black Business Leaders 2026 list, which honors leaders in New Jersey’s Black business community who demonstrate outstanding impact, leadership, and significant influence on the state’s economic landscape.
In the community, Omar has served as Director of the Garden State Bar Association, Trustee of the New Jersey Muslim Lawyers Association, and the Islamic Society of Essex County. He is a founding member of “The Collective” – a professional group of nearly 20 African American male attorneys – created to promote community service, business development, and mentorship among attorneys of color in large New Jersey law firms and in-house departments.
This recognition reflects Omar’s dedication to both his clients and to the communities he serves.
