Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ) will honor 48 of New Jersey’s top women leaders at its biennial Salute to the Policy Makers gala on October 21, 2026, at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains. The honorees represent leaders across law, business, nonprofits, government, education, health care, public companies, and the arts, reflecting the advancement, resilience, and leadership required to make an impact in today’s society.
Onome Adejemilua, EWNJ’s president-elect, chairs the Salute committee and is helping lead this year’s event alongside EWNJ President Susan K. Dromsky-Reed. Susan Okin Goldsmith is among the 48 women leaders being honored at this year’s gala.
The gala also raises funds for EWNJ’s Graduate Merit Award Program, which has provided more than $1.4 million in scholarships to nearly 350 women who were nontraditional graduate students at New Jersey colleges and universities.
