One of two insurers that Urban Outfitters Inc. claims failed to fulfill their duty to fight two 2014 copyright infringement suits over a dress has detailed objections to the clothier’s latest complaint in Pennsylvania state court, saying several policies Urban cited expired before the alleged infringement began.
