Artificial Intelligence is permeating all aspects of modern life, and legal norms are struggling to keep up. Labor and employment law is no exception. Among other things, Hugh Murray, Chris Drewry, and Emily Gianquinto addressed the application of anti-discrimination laws to AI screening and selection of job applicants (including state AI-specific laws), employee privacy in an age of AI-assisted work, ownership of (and responsibility for) employee-generated content that uses AI, Fair Credit Reporting Act obligations in using AI, and international considerations.
