Ron Leibman, chair of McCarter’s Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management Practice, speaks with Mergers & Acquisitions to discuss President Trump’s tariff policy and how AI technology has become essential to mitigating disruptions in the global supply chain.
Leibman noted that among the many logistics operations, which he comes in contact with, or advises, there’s an increased emphasis on AI-driven predictive modeling, particularly as it relates to improving freight carrier rate analysis.
“The story of the supply chain post-Covid has been to find resiliency and redundancy through re-imagination… now supply chains are facing new challenges,” said Leibman.
