Tax Issues in M&A

Stephen Vajtay moderates and Alan Kornstein presents, on a panel entitled Tax Issues in M&A at the New Jersey M&A Conference. Topics covered by Stephen and Alan’s panel include sales of qualified small business stock; stock sales taxed as asset sales; and tax aspects of partnership M&A. NJSBA, in collaboration with Seton Hall University School of Law and ACG-NJ, developed the all-day conference to provide attorneys, accountants and legal scholars with practical working knowledge of the law, regulations, and tax consequences needed to confidently and accurately navigate mergers and acquisitions.
