In a report on the Appellate Division’s decision that New Jersey attorneys cannot be held to the longer New Jersey professional malpractice statute of limitations when representing clients in other states, the New Jersey Law Journal notes that the ruling restated the New Jersey State Bar Association’s amicus curiae brief which was authored by McCarter attorneys David Kott, William Reilly, and Christopher Rojao, and argued by Kott before the Appellate Division.
