Geoffrey Lynott focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including contract, commercial lease, bankruptcy-related, and shareholder disputes in courts and alternative dispute resolution forums, and is a member of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Litigation Group. “Since joining the firm, I have become a versatile litigator, handling all sorts of different cases throughout New Jersey and New York, and our clients know there is no case that is too big or too small for me,” says Geoff. “It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to become a partner at McCarter & English.”
Ryan Savercool defends clients in class actions, multidistrict litigation, litigation brought by state attorneys general, and appellate litigation and is a member of the Products Liability, Mass Torts & Consumer Class Actions Group. “Since first watching McCarter attorneys in practice, I knew I wanted to join the firm’s well-regarded product liability and class action group,” says Ryan. “I am grateful for the firm and our clients’ continued support as I enter the next chapter of my career, and I look forward to continuing to help companies deal with litigation involving novel and complex issues concerning data privacy, emerging contaminants, and mass tort claims.”
