Geoffrey Lynott is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Group. His practice focuses on corporate reorganization and bankruptcy law, including the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, Chapter 7 trustees and defendants in bankruptcy litigation. Geoff has represented creditors involved in major Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, such as the Toys ‘R’ Us bankruptcy.
Geoff also has experience with general commercial litigation, such as contract disputes, and cases involving the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Geoff served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable John C. Kennedy, of the New Jersey Appellate Division. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Spanish.
