When Is Bad Faith a Jury Question?

Sherilyn Pastor, former President of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), joins a panel at its 2025 annual meeting to discuss, “When Is Bad Faith a Jury Question?” The panel will present on both sides of this important question in bad faith law and the Restatement (3d) of Torts recent update regarding it. The ACCC’s mission is to advance the creative, ethical and efficient resolution of insurance coverage, and to enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law.
