Represented amici curiae in an employment appeal at the New Jersey Supreme Court. The action was action brought by an employee alleging violation of the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA). McCarter argued that employees who had responsibility to act as “watch dogs” in policing the conduct of their employer should not be covered by CEPA. Lippman v. Ethicon, Inc., 222 N.J. 362 (2015)
