Represented amicus curiae in the appeal of a personal injury product liability mass tort case. The New Jersey Appellate Division adopted McCarter's argument that the Trial Court erred when it barred the defendant manufacturers from consulting with or retaining as an expert witness any physician who had at any time treated one or more of the patients in the mass tort.
