Defended an international pharmaceutical company in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut against claims of failure to warn regarding an alleged defective drug. We brought a motion to dismiss contending that the claims were preempted by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and the Court agreed with us and dismissed all counts of the complaint with prejudice.
