Alison is an experienced litigator representing a wide variety of clients in complex, high-stakes commercial litigation and mass tort pharmaceutical product liability litigation at the trial and appellate level. She has significant experience in handling various drug and medical device cases in multi-district litigations, consolidated state cases, and in individual lawsuits in federal and state court. Alison also represents corporate clients involved in lawsuits related to newly emerging contaminants, such as PFAS.
Alison brings to the table a scientific background, having an undergraduate degree in biology and a background in biomedical research, which makes her a valuable resource in all cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alison also worked as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry which brings a valuable perspective when preparing sales witnesses for deposition.
Additionally, Alison maintains an active pro bono practice including representing animal welfare organizations, clients seeking asylum, and various family court cases. She is also the past Chair of the Board Governance Committee for the non-profit organization Canine Partners for Life in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
