Francis Bovio focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. He represents lenders and other secured and unsecured creditors in a variety of complex bankruptcy-related litigation. He also defends creditors in adversary proceedings, including preference and fraudulent conveyance claims and contested claims.
During his time at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Francis was the Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Journal and a Law and Public Policy Scholar. He also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases at preliminary hearings. Additionally, Francis interned with the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and with the U.S. Department of Justice.
