Hunain Sarwar focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial real estate financings. He regularly represents institutional and private lenders in connection with loan origination matters, including senior mortgage, mezzanine, and other structured financing transactions secured by a broad range of asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed use properties. Hunain is actively involved in all stages of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting and managing due diligence, and guiding transactions through closing.
In addition to his finance practice, Hunain has substantial experience in commercial leasing. He represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases across all sectors of commercial real estate, advising clients on transactions ranging from single tenant and anchor leases to sophisticated portfolio leasing matters.
