A large portion of Kyle Valente’s practice is dedicated to professional liability and ethics matters. His experience includes counseling individual attorneys and law firms with respect to professional ethics issues and has defended professional negligence claims.
Kyle also has experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of business and commercial litigation, including construction disputes, business torts, and breach of contract claims at both the trial and appellate levels.
Kyle received his JD from Rutgers Law School, where he graduated with cum laude honors and earned a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. Upon graduation, he was the recipient of the Rutgers Outstanding Scholarship Achievement Award for Business and Corporate Law as well as the Eric R. Neisser Pro Bono Service Program Award for the completion of over fifty hours of law-related service through the public interest program during law school.
