McCarter lawyers Diana Manning, Benjamin DiLorenzo, and Kyle Valente authored the New Jersey chapter in the new edition of The Law of Lawyers’ Liability, a 50-State Survey of Legal Malpractice, second edition, published by the American Bar Association.
Organized by state, the publication is a practical guide to the regulations governing lawyer liability claims across the country. Written by practitioners with deep jurisdiction-specific experience, it is a valuable resource for litigators, risk management professionals, in-house counsel, and attorneys navigating professional liability issues.
At the ABA’s Fall National Legal Malpractice Conference, Diana participated in a roundtable discussion with chapter authors from across the country to explore key jurisdictional distinctions, emerging trends, and practical implications shaping professional liability risk.
Diana, Ben, and Kyle are members of McCarter’s Legal Ethics & Compliance team, which advises lawyers, law firms, and corporate legal departments on legal ethics, regulatory compliance, attorney disciplinary matters, and professional liability issues.
