Luca Provenzano focuses his practice on commercial real estate financing, leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions. He represents financial institutions, property owners, developers, and businesses in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. His financing experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial real estate and commercial & industrial (C&I) financing documents, including handling commitment letters, loan agreements, notes, mortgages, assignments of leases and rents, guarantees, indemnity agreements, security agreements, modifications, opinion letters, and ancillary closing documents. Luca also conducts real estate due diligence, manages transactions through closing, and assists clients in resolving leasing and operational matters involving a full array of asset classes through drafting and negotiating amendments, modifications, and related agreements.
Luca earned his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Law Review. His contributions to the Law Review earned him a Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Contribution, and his Comment was published in Volume 53, Book 2. Luca also served as a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic at the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice, representing pro bono clients in adoption and visitation matters.
