Michael Toczyski focuses his practice on product liability, catastrophic loss, and complex commercial litigation. He is active in all stages of litigation and regularly represents individuals and corporations, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies, in state and federal courts.
Prior to entering private practice, Michael served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he vetted and litigated hundreds of constitutional and legal challenges to criminal convictions before the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and Pennsylvania Superior Court.
While in law school, Michael served as a judicial intern for the Honorable M. Teresa Sarmina of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and as a research and articles editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology, & Environmental Law. He was also a member of Temple Law’s National Trial Team and Moot Court Honor Society, winning one competition and placing as a finalist in two others. Upon graduation, Michael was presented with the Integrated Trial Advocacy Award for excellence in civil litigation.
