Nancy Foley concentrates her practice in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate; the leasing of retail, office and industrial properties; and the financing of commercial and residential projects for both lenders and borrowers. She handles virtually all types of commercial leases and subleases for a variety of uses, including industrial, office and retail space.
Nancy represents clients in the buying and selling of commercial and residential properties and the related financing aspects of such transactions. She has handled numerous joint venture transactions, including the acquisition, development and financing of retail centers. She also coordinates the review of due diligence and transfer of real estate related to mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, she counsels borrowers and lenders in permanent and construction loan transactions.
