Paige Guarino represents landowners, tenants, lenders, borrowers, and developers of all sizes on a broad range of complex transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and financing as well as corporate structuring. Her transactional experience includes drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as purchase and sale agreements, lease, license, and property management agreements across asset classes, including office, industrial, and retail.
During law school, Paige interned with a real estate lawyer and worked as a student attorney at the Pace Investors Rights Clinic, advocating for small investors through FINRA arbitration.
