In the healthcare and life sciences sector, he works with clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and clinical trial sectors addressing their real estate and commercial contracting needs. This includes advising a large medical device company on its national leased and owned real estate portfolio and drafting and negotiating consulting agreements, clinical and nonclinical research agreements, and business formation and structuring agreements.
Beyond his legal career, Rich serves as a councilman in the borough of Upper Saddle River, NJ and serves on the borough’s historical society and water committees. He also coaches tee ball within the community and participates in various community charitable events.
