Tyler Mitchell focuses his practice on commercial foreclosures, distressed debt, and creditor’s rights, and represents lenders, creditors, trustees, and special servicers in various complex bankruptcy-related, commercial, and real estate-related litigation. He also defends creditors in adversary proceedings, including preference and fraudulent conveyance claims and contested claims.
Tyler worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Anne Shields of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. During law school, Tyler served as an extern at the Juvenile Justice Center in the St. Joseph County Office of the Public Defender and as a judicial intern with the Hon. Paul Crotty of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
