Zachary Cimring represents individuals and businesses in complex civil and criminal litigation matters across a broad range of industries in both federal and state court. His practice includes commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, products liability matters, securities fraud, civil RICO actions, white collar investigations, and other high-stakes civil and criminal matters.
Prior to joining McCarter & English, Zachary served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Zahid N. Quraishi, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. He was also a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. While in law school, Zachary competed and was selected a finalist in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, and was later Director of the competition.
