Proceed south on I-95 for about 3 miles; exit at I-676 Central Philadelphia/Historic Area. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Vine St Expressway. Take the exit towards PA-611/Broad Street/Central Philadelphia. Merge onto N 15th Street. Turn right onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard/PA-3 W. Turn left onto N 19th Street. Turn left onto Market Street. From Walt Whitman Bridge
Follow I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway) to I-676. Exit on right. From exit ramp do not merge onto I-676; instead proceed straight immediately onto 23rd Street exit ramp. At 4th traffic light (19th Street) turn right. Turn left onto Market Street. Mellon Bank Center (office) is on left between 18th and 17th Streets; parking garage is on right.

From Ben Franklin Bridge
Follow signs for I-676 West, then proceed for approximately 2 miles to 22nd Street Exit (Ben Franklin Parkway/Museum). Follow directions above.

From Points South (Wilmington, Baltimore)
Take 95 North. Approximately 5-6 miles past the Philadelphia International Airport, exit onto I-676 West, Central Philadelphia/Callowhill Street. Exit left onto 676 West and follow signs for Central Philadelphia. Proceed on I-676 West approximately 2 miles to 22nd Street Exit (Ben Franklin Parkway/Museum). Follow directions above.

From Western Pennsylvania & Suburbs
Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 24 (Valley Forge). Take I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) to Philadelphia. Get in middle lane after passing Girard Avenue Exit, and bear left onto I-676 (Exit 38). Move quickly into right lane and take first exit (23rd Street). Proceed straight off exit ramp and at 4th traffic light (19th Street) turn right. Turn left onto Market Street. Mellon Bank Center (office) is on left between 18th and 17th Streets; parking garage is on right.

From Northeast Pennsylvania
Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike South to the I-476 Exit. Proceed south on I-476 approximately 5 miles to Exit 6, and take I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) to Philadelphia.
