Expert Testimony Under the New Rule 702: OR “What’s Changed?”

Tom Rechen will join the American Society of Appraiser’s Litigation in Valuation Conference to host a session on federal rules, procedures and Daubert challenges. In this session, he will review Federal Rules of Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence pertaining to the disclosure of expert testimony, discovery related to experts, and the admissibility of such testimony at trial, including the law regarding motions to preclude such testimony.
